They move about primarily by leaping. Normally, they feed on the blood of gigantic, thick-skinned animals but, given the presence of softer, juicier humans and demi-humans, they will gladly try something different. Although it is possible to encounter small groups of these creatures, they will swarm in groups of 10d12 if food is scarce. Shock: If the shock-hopper's bite succeeds and the prey is fighting back, it automatically does an additional 2d6 points of electrical damage. |

Friday Creature Feature: Shock-Hopper
