The Silence Group

So I was reading this UFO book (I know, the widget says I'm reading Spinner of Lies, which is great so far, but I came across this other book and thought it would help with what I'm working on), and I saw a weird letter that some people got from "Clerk 209" back in, I don't know, the 70's I think. Sort of a "Men in Black" kind of thing, except with a creepy letter instead of creepy dudes. Here's a clip:

You know so small what we do for you. Call us Silence Group if has to be. In silence we progress. Silence follows where we have gone.

Brrr, right? So I thought, I've got to include a Silence Group! That's perfect! And the letter's recipients even lived right here in Cleveland. It's like a sign from Grodd! Only...

Only, I've heard that somewhere before.
